St. Paul Charter Bus Company works with a network of bus rental providers in St. Paul. This allows us to offer a variety of bus rental options, including compact 18-passenger minibuses, 20- and 25-passenger minibuses, and full-size motorcoaches for up to 56 passengers. Each type of charter bus also includes different amenities depending on the size and model. Can I reserve more than one bus?

Sure thing! Our group transportation services are totally customizable, so you can book one, two, or even ten charter bus rentals in St. Paul for your needs. It’s common for event shuttle services to require a small fleet of minibuses, or for a large group to need multiple motorcoaches to accommodate their headcount.

 

Is it ok to bring food and drink on the bus?

Yes, in general, it’s perfectly fine to eat and drink aboard your bus rental—including alcoholic beverages. However, you may be subject to a $250 cleaning fee if any spills, crumbs, or trash are left behind after your trip. You don’t need to do any deep cleaning, but we recommend bringing some trash bags and sticking to snacks and beverages that are quick and easy to tidy up!

 

Can I drive my bus rental?

No, we do not permit any customers to drive the charter buses booked with us, but you won’t need to. All of our services include a licensed, professional bus driver.

 

How do I pay for my charter bus service?

Your full balance is due 14 days prior to the start of your trip, and a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. You can pay by check, credit card, or ACH. Your reservation agent will guide you through the process.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your trip, contact us at (651) 432-5520 as soon as possible. When you cancel 14 days or more before your reservation, you won’t need to pay the full cost of your trip. However, we won’t be able to return your 10% deposit.

If you cancel within 14 days of your pick-up date, then you will be charged the full cost of the trip, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide a refund at that point.
